Do you offer Returns & Cancellations?

Due to the nature of these items (stickers), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.

Where is my order?

We ship all orders with USPS as First Class Mail with tracking from Colorado or Florida. Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive.

Once the package has been delivered to USPS, it is no longer within our purview. Please refer to your tracking number page for more information. That is the only knowledge we have about your package, as well.

Can I change my mailing address?

Please double check your mailing address is correct when placing your order. If you order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change any of the information you have inputted.

What if there's something off with my order?

We always want to make things right. Please contact us with your order number, full name, description and photo of the issue. Please note, due to the nature of foil application, there may be black specks in the foiling.
